ارور در اجرای نرم افزار

سلام. من حین اجرای پروژم خطای زیر رو دریافت میکنم که گاهی از این خطا رد میشه و برنامه رو اجرا میکنه .

پروژم روی سرور لینوکسی و سنتوس 7 هستش. علتش رو کسی میدونه؟ ایراد سروره یا نرم افزارم مشکل دار ؟
