ارور موقع Run کردن پروژه

با سلام خدمت استاد و دوستان عزیز
من وقتی میخوام از اندروید استدیو پروژه و اجرا کنم با همچنین خطایی مواجه میشم.
ممنون میشم راهنمایی کنین.
