تغییر مسیر در variable های environment ویندوز 7

سلام و وقت بخیر

من موقع اجرای react-native run-andriod به خطای ارتباطی با variable های environment مواجه میشم.
ممکنه راهنمایی کنید؟

شرح خطا در power shell:
