استفاده از سایت پوشه برای ارسال نوتیفیکیشن

سلام من از پوشه برای ارسال نوتیفیکشن می خواهم استفاده کنم ..تمام کار ها رو انجام دادم اما موقعه بیلد گرفتن این خطا رو میده
