ارور هنگام ران کردن پروژه ی فلاتر در اندروید استودیو

سلام و عرض ادب
اولین پروژه رو که می خواستم تو اندروید استودیو ران کنم خطای زیر رخ داده . راه حل چیه ؟؟؟
