ارور هنگام ایجاد پروژه ی جدید react native

سلام
من هنگام ایجا پروژه ی جدید با ارور مواجه میشم و اجازه یساخت بهم نمیده
در حالی که بار اول برای ساخت پروژهی جدید هیچ مشکلی نداشتم و راحت تونستم پروژه ی جدیدم رو ایجاد کنم .
