مشکل gradel در فلاتر

سلام دوستان،
بنده فلاتر رو کامل نصب کردم وآخرین نسخه SDK رو از طریق اندروید استودیو دانلود کردم
ولی وقتی میخوام از پروژه فلاتر ران بگیرم چه به وسیله اندروید استودیو چه vscode
و چه با موبایل و چه با genymotion این ارور رو بهم میده
