Could not initialize class

من تمامی مراحل رو پشت سر هم و با دقت انجام دادم که توی اموزش ریاکت نیتو اومده بود ، اما دوتا مشکل داشتم که یکی مربوط می شد به اندروید استدیو که نسخه بنده با نسخه اقای موسوی فرق میکرد و در قسمت sdk tools نسخه ۲۳ رو پیدا نکردم و مجبورن فقط بهم نسخه ۲۹ رو داد

و حالا در اخر در لحضه بیلد کردن اپم چنین خطایی دارم
